• Complete all of the recommended treatment sessions within the timeframe advised by your specialist.

• Complete all of the recommended treatment sessions at the frequency advised by your specialist.

• Complete a follow up call and questionnaire between day 90 and day 120 after the first treatment session has been completed.​

Refund requests are valid between 90-120 days after the first treatment session has been completed. Refund requests made before 90 days or after 120 days will not be accepted.
